The dissertation is devoted to the issues of improvement of economic mechanism of intellectual property management at radio-electronic industry enterprises. Based on theoretical statements summary essence of the notion "economic mechanism of intellectual property management of an enterprise" has been disclosed. The concept of intellectual property management of an industrial enterprise has been developed and implemented based on the model of problem-diagnostic monitoring of research trends. The procedure of efficiency evaluation of realization of economic mechanism of intellectual property management of an industrial enterprise has been improved, namely the list of indexes of strategic and operational intellectual property management has been singled out. It has been theoretically proved that the objects of intellectual property rights do influence elevation of company's competitiveness. That helps to reinforce awareness of the role of intellectual property as of a strategic asset, that is the basis of attaining of steady competitive advantages for a company. Procedural recommendations on improvement of economic mechanism of intellectual property management at an industrial enterprise, that are based on problem-diagnostic monitoring of priority research trends, are introduced. That will make it possible to raise rationalization of economic activity of a company, when resources are scarce, due to directing of activity of creative employees into most promising development areas of science and technology.
