Essay

Object of research - process of strategic management by development of the machine-building enterprises. The purpose of work - a substantiation of theoretical positions, methodical approaches and scientifically-practical offers on formation of system of maintenance of economic safety of the enterprise of mechanical engineering at realization of strategy of its development. Methods of research and the equipment: logic generalization and scientific abstraction - for specification of concept "economic safety"; the system and comparative analysis - for classification and a grouping of approaches to an economic estimation of safety of the enterprises. Theoretical and practical results: offered approach to definition of concept "economic safety", enables the enterprises to consider prominent features of security measures by development and realizations of strategy of development of the machine-building enterprise and to raise efficiency of its management; classification of threats of economic safety of the enterprise considering features of development of machine-building branch also will enable by monitoring social and economic indices to define a complex of possible threats. Novelty: the methodical approach to formation of the mechanism of realization of strategy of economic safety of the machine-building enterprise; the methodical approach on maintenance of economically safe condition of the enterprise which provides application of an integrated parameter; The methodical approach concerning an establishment of dependence between financial parameters of the enterprise and its loss of property.
