The dissertation is devoted of the theoretical justification and elaboration of suggestions of the priority of the effective business activity of agricultural enterprises as a pre-condition of social-economic development of rural territories stabilization. Theoretical elaboration of foreign and native researchers according to the entrepreneur activity essence and relation with agricultural production is generalized. Methodical approaches to the estimation of entrepreneur activity of agricultural enterprises are determined. Comparative analyse of organizational legal ways of entrepreneur in the agricultural sector of Khmel'nicky region is done. Methodical approaches and economic-mathematical modelling of entrepreneurial activity optimization are developed in an agricultural production taking into account a market situation and financial and credit providing. The ways of perfection of forming of priorities of effective entrepreneurial activity are offered in an agricultural production. Certainly innovative approaches to development of enterprise in the conditions of the use the technical providing of new types. The mechanism of state sponsorship is offered in well-to-do priority development of agrarian production.
