Dissertation is describes the structure of the system of social management on trade enterprise and offered graphic explanation. The criteria of determination of trade enterprise are formulated as social responsibility and benefits which get employers and trade enterprise from the increase of level of social responsibility are marked and also the mechanism of high-quality evaluation of plenitude and complexity of investments is developed in the social programs. Determination of factors of change of social capital is conducted by methodical approaches part of which is finding of coefficients of weight of influencing factors of different directions by the method of expert estimations.
