A pressing task which consists in the increase of efficiency high furnaces functioning of high-cube on the basis of operative management sifting out of shallow faction of charge components due to adjusting thickness their layer in the process of screen separation in intercommunication at a speed of tails of material on furnace top is considered in dissertation. Theoretical and experimental researches of charge portions forming processes and determination of stockline are conducted on furnace top, rotinings, that is possibility of increase of sifting out efficiency of material shallow factions due to the increase of his extraction time. In addition the radar sounding provides the operative estimation of change surface level at every the instant. Algorithm of radio-locator signals treatment and determination of charge speeds tails epures relative on two furnace top diameters are developed and put into an industrial operation on JSC "Arselor Mittal Krivoy Rog". Intercommunication is set between the forecast height of layer of material, transported on a crash, by the amount material, staying till the set of dose in a gravimetric crater, forecast sometimes completion material dosage and achievement of the set level a charge during its lowering in a high furnace, by volume mass of the transported material, and also parameters amount screening machines, workings on one gravimetric crater. The mathematical design of adaptive control the system by efficiency of material screen separation is executed, which in the automatic mode operatively regulates sifting efficiency out of unstandard faction depending on a change speed of materials tails on furnace top. It allows to provide stove in periods of "quiet motion" by more high-quality on a particle-size raw material, and also results in diminishing of the technological loading on the charge platform aggregates. Control system by material screen separation efficiency is developed accepted for planning a firm "Techcom" for the workshop limestone burning in an oxygen-converter complex JSC "Zaporozhstal". The results and researches of the dissertation are accepted for participating in a tender on automation of DP № 2 JSC "Arselor Mittal Temirtau".
