Essay

For the first time antiphytoviral activity of synthetic metal containing and non- metal containing porphyrins-tritozilates, tetratozilates and porphyrins-chlorides is shown. The most active substances, which show antiviral activity to TMV are determined. For the first time transgenic plants with high level resistance to potyvirus transformed with vector construction with conservative gene fragment of replicase of TMV, are obtained.
