Essay

Object of research is protectively-repair compositions based on epoxi-rubber resine modified by furfural. The aim of research is the maintenance of operational properties of epoxy-rubber compositions for repair and protection of protection of the concrete surfaces contacting to water-oil environments, at the expense of optimum soot-carrying between quantity and structure of a mineral disperse phase and modification of furfural. Methods of research. Planning the multifactorial experiment. Experimental definition of a thermal emission, physical and mechanical characteristics and operational properties. The description of fields of properties using the nonlinear five- factorial ES-models. Casual scanning of fields of properties to search the optimal compositions. Results. Compositions for the repair and protection of constructions contacting with water are developed; the use of these compositions for the retaining walls in reserve Chersonese Taurian is provided. The structure that provids saving of demanded properties of a protective solution, is applied at major repairs of railway flooring. A declarative patent is obtained(№26905). The results are used in educational program in OSACA. New: shown and described the influence of furfural on the heat hardening compositions; regularities of influence of a mineral skeleton and furfural on properties of epoxy polymer solution; dependences of criteria of quality on parity of components are described according to received data; the possibility of definition of optimum multicomponent polymer compositions for different conditions of use is confirmed.
