Essay

Object - rubber-metalcord and rubber-fabric systems. Purpose - development of elastomeric compositions adhesion function with modified the nitrogen-containing compounds montmorillonit. Methods – spectrophotometry, IR-spectroscopy, X-ray photoelectronic spectroscopy of superficial layer, DTA, DSK, widelangular x-ray analysis, vibrarheometry, technological, physical-mechanical and H-method. Results – is carried out modification of montmorillonit nitrogen-containing compounds: of silicon and titanium-containing amineethers, of quaternary ammonium salts and is shown, that modification of montmorillonit is active adhesion promoter in rubber-metalcord and rubber-fabric systems; is established, that at temperature of mixture in rubbermixer nitrogen-containing compounds are connected to a surface montmorillonit and strip at temperature vulcanization with the subsequent participation in reactions of cross-linking and forming rubber-metalcord and rubber-fabric systems. Novelty - for to pioneer the use as a adhesion promoter in rubber-metalcord and rubber-fabric systems modified the nitrogen-containing compound - of silicon and titanium-containing amineethers, of quaternary ammonium salts montmorillonit; is established, that modification of montmorillonit water-soluble quaternary ammonium salts is accompanied by change of chemical structure of a surface, character of structure and specific surface montmorillonit; is shown, that at temperature vulcanization there is an interaction of quaternary ammonium salts with sulfur with formation compounds having reactive element, which influence formation of rubber-metalcord and rubber-fabric systems. Introduction – the composite ingredients can be used as adhesionactive components of elastomeric compositions in rubber-metalcord and rubber-fabric systems at replacement cobalt -containing compound and modifying system carbon white + modifier МP in rubber manufacture. Field of usage – rubber industry.
