Lebedyeva A. Administrative-Legal and Organizational Fundamentals for Co-operation of Internal Affairs Bodies of Ukraine with Mass Media

The dissertation is devoted to study of the administrative-legal and organizational fundamentals and mechanism of co-operation of internal affairs bodies of Ukraine with mass media, to the analysis of actual legal theoretical and practical problems of this process. This research traces history way of co-operation of internal affairs bodies of Ukraine with mass media in independent period and presented anther's own definition "co-operation of internal affairs bodies with mass media". It was studied the specification of co-operation of internal affairs bodies of Ukraine with mass media according to principles, forms, directions and methods of co-operation today. The basically functions and powers of building co-operation of Department of Public Relations of Internal Affairs of Ukraine and its region departments with mass media were delighted. It was defined the necessary of providing new forms of co-operation in practice for more effective relation with mass media and forming a positive public opinion.
