Dissertation is devoted to the development of theoretical positions and practical recommendations in relation to the forming of the regional development state stimulation mechanisms in Ukraine. A concept vehicle is developed in the field of state stimulation of regional development. The modern regional development of Ukraine status has benn examined. Key positions of Conception of interbudgetary relations reformation in Ukraine have been offered. Theoretical approach to forming of regional development state stimulation mechanisms has been improved. Suggestions in relation to the legal providing of public regional policy and stimulation of regions development have been developed.
