Sorokivs'ka M. Financial risks management of the insurance companies

The dissertation is devoted to the investigation of theoretical and methodological principles in the process of financial risks management of the insurance companies and development of methodological recommendations according their identification, quantification, control and minimization. This dissertation gives the characteristics of the main points of economical essence, specifies and systematizes the basic principles of the financial risks classifications of the insurance companies and determines their forms and groups. Also is given the complex evaluation of the financial activity of the insurance companies in Ukraine and their efficiency, found out the factors of risk and risky forms of insurance. The estimation and analysis of the value of the financial risks of the insurance companies are realised in Ukraine. The number of recommendations concerning the improvement of the methods of optimization financial risks of the insurance companies main activity are developed and offered, the ways of using reinsurance in the practice of financial risks management of the insurance companies are proved and offered the recommendations concerning minimise methods of improvement insurance companies investment risks management.
