Mozol N. Social justice as an important factor in providing social and economic human rights in Ukraine

The thesis is dedicated to the research of the theory of justice under the deepening of economic and financial crisis in the Ukrainian society and in the course of Ukraine's integration to the EU social standards and values. The thesis presents a systematic analysis of scientific resources in fields of the theory of justice, social and economic human rights protection, application of social justice by a social state while providing social and economic human rights. The author produces a contemporary definition of social justice and researches the mechanism of its implementation in the following areas: improving living standards and labor conditions, poverty and unemployment reduction, regulating the system of remuneration and social, health insurance, as well as pension system reforming. The researcher proves that a consistent consolidation of social justice in application of social and economic human rights is of an utmost importance to achieve a social accord and stability in society.
