The thesis is devoted to the research of theoretical aspect of modern management paradigm of the financial potential of production enterprise. In the work historical genesis the "financial potential of production enterprise" was studied and unique approach to its essence and structure was made. In the thesis essence and maintenance of concept "Management paradigm of the financial potential of production enterprise" was specified, and its institutes were selected. Preliminary estimate approach of the financial potential of treatment wood and productions the wood wares enterprises was developed the approach management by financial potential on the treatment wood and productions the wood wares of domestic enterprises was also developed. The basic ways of improvement the management systems by activities of treatment wood and productions the wood wares were recommended.
