Kinakh N. Organizational and Economic Basis of Regional Grain Market Development in Western Polissya (on the materials of Volyn Oblast)

Object of research: processes of realisation of economic relations of economic subjects in grain-grocery sector of agro-industrial complex of Volynsk oblast. Research objective: definition of a place of region considering prospects of grain branch development within Ukraine, and also substantiation of organizational-economic bases of functioning of grain-grocery subjects. Methods: statistical groupings, comparative analysis, graphic, correlation and regression, economic-statistical, calculated-normative, balance, abstract-logical, the analysis and synthesis, expert estimations and others. Theoretical and practical results: the proved offers concerning effective functioning of grain-grocery subcomplex in region will assist stabilisation and the further growing of competitive production volumes; the developed methodical approaches and recommendations can be used by research institutions and and state organizations by working out of complex regional and nation-wide programs of development as Volynsk area, and in other regions of Ukraine. Scientific novelty: for the first time conceptual approaches to definition of strategy of regional development of grain branch from a position of export orientation of production and its escalating in the conditions of the Western Polissya; the methodical approach to an estimation of an integrated level of grain branch development in a microzone view with definition of priorities of each area on grain production is offered; methodical approaches to a complex estimation of a regional production efficiency of grain, the organizational mechanism of formation of logistical system of a grain subcomplex are improved; have got the further development the main aspects concerning system of improvement of interbranch economic relations in sphere manufacture grain-grocery, methodical approaches to a substantiation of rational types of the specialised enterprises on grain manufacture. Introduction degree: results of dissertational research are used in work of Central administrative board of economy of the Volynsk regional state administration, Volynsk regional branch DSBU of Agrarian fund, in educational process of the Volynsk institute of V.Lypynskogo.
