Essay

In dissertation the presented grounds of construction of orthodontic microimplant and anchor system on his basis. Intraosseous part is the distinctive feature of microimplant that consists of two diameters: located into the compact layer of alveolar bone and into a spongy layer diameter 2,4 mm and 1,2 mm, accordingly. For moving of groups of teeth the developed anchor system with support on microimplants. Experimental researches are conducted at the study of 3D-computer tomography, method of distal-element design, mechanical fixing of microimplant in osseous tissue. Clinical approbation of developed domestic orthodontic microimplant rotined his high of anchorage in comparison with foreign analogues.
