Theoretical and practical researches results of management by investment process at the enterprises on processing milk with the purpose of its improvement for maintenance of their stable industrial activity and financial stability in modern economic conditions of managing have been opened. Economic conditions of activity, carrying out of investment process and the tendency of development dairy enterprises of the Odessa region have been investigated. The estimation of investment efficiency which results prove necessity of improvement of management of it has been lead. With this purpose, conceptual positions of a control system by investment activity dairy enterprises and its components which are necessary for developing in the further have been investigated. Introduction of the centers of the investment responsibility which will coordinate investment process at the investigated enterprises has been offered. Formation of effective ways of introduction of investment resources, mainly - introduction of financial leasing has been lead, priority directions of investment of the enterprises on processing milk also have been offered. Problems of definition and raising of investment appeal of the enterprises of dairy branch, especially in conditions of WTO have been investigated. The basic directions of the decision of this problem for dairy enterprises is: activity of the state support, balancing procurement prices of milk, introduction of cluster organizations of manufacture and others.
