Okunev I. General-theoretical principles of legal status of legal persons

Thesis is the complex scientific research of general-theoretical principles of legal status of legal persons. The basic conceptual approaches to definition of term “legal status of legal persons” allowing the better disclose of legal nature of term “legal status of legal persons” are considered in this work. Matters of essence and content of the term “legal status of legal persons” as an independent general-theoretical category are analyzed. It is proposed to identify the term “legal status of legal persons” through the system of its features, i.e. legal status of legal persons is a type of social status determining the legal position of legal person in relation to legal persons, officially recognized by the state authorities, formally clear, characterized in terms of consistency, stability and specified by the existing system of social relations
