The paper conducted a comprehensive study of state regulation of investment and innovation in the national economy of Ukraine. Investigated the global and domestic experience of investment and its impact on the transformation of national economies in terms of market reforms. The conceptual approach to the disclosure of the nature of subjects and objects of investment activity and its institutional, economic, financial and legal support. Analyzed the institutional structure of state regulation of investment and innovation activities and infrastructural support. A comprehensive systems analysis and evaluation made by the state regulatory investment and innovation activity, mechanisms of funding under the global financial crisis and ongoing shortage of financial resources. Grounded ways to increase financial flows, as defining terms of investing in a crisis economy of Ukraine.
