Abdullin R. The regulation mechanism of transactional expenses in the state sector of economy

The thesis is devoted to theoretical, systematic and practical questions of forming of the effective management mechanism of the transaction expenses in state sector of Ukrainian economy. In the work is proven the urgency and the need for introduction into the Ukrainian economy of the new institutional theory positions. The theory is based on the methods of inventory and improvement of transaction expenses management. The system of the regulation mechanisms of the latter in the government sector, which is characterized by the integrity of construction, by systematization and complexity, is created; are developed recommendations on composition of the objects of government sector, which are used during the governmental organs activity. The specific recommendations regarding to the practical use of a system of the regulation mechanisms of transactional expenses for increasing the functional effectiveness of the state sector of the Ukrainian economy are proposed.
