Dissertation is devoted to theoretical grounds and to development of recomendations in relation to improvement of antimonopoly policy of the state as factor of increasing of competitiveness of national economy. The effective model of antimonopoly policy which is based on conception of the managed economic concentration is offered. The specific of application of antimonopoly-competition policy of the state is developed. The measures of improvement and development of the system of defence of economic competition are certain in Ukraine.
