Kovalenko K. Legal Control of Law Enforcement Officials Disciplinary Responsibility

Law enforcement agencies contribute to establishment and development of democratic and legal state while providing security, efficient protection of human rights and freedoms, securing public order. The prerequisite of successful solution of tasks which are set by law enforcement agencies is a legible abidance to legality and office discipline requirements, absolute and definite discharge of duties defined by Constitution and laws of Ukraine, Acts of President and Cabinet of Ministers. In this research investigation the main approaches to awareness of disciplinary responsibility of workers are described, the theories of its legal regulation are fixed.
