The dissertation is devoted to research of problems of legal regulation of the responsibility of subjects of labor legal relations for disclosure state and a trade secret, and also to entering of the offers directed on their sanction. Development of legal regulation of the information, its kinds and access to it is characterized. The maintenance of the right to the information of subjects of labor legal relations is opened. The separate attention is concentrated to the characteristic of a condition of the employment contract and the supplementary agreement about nondisclosure state and a trade secret.
