Dissertation is devoted to the problems of the legal regulation of the pension security for the long-service pedagogical workers. The grounds of differentiation of the current pension security are defined. The author determines place and role of the long-service pensions in the pension security. The concepts "pension", "long-service pension for pedagogical workers" "legal relationship from the pension security for the long-service pedagogical workers" are specified. The component elements of legal relationships from the pension security for the long-service pedagogical workers are analyzed. The grounds of origin, and suspension of legal relationships from the pension security for the long-service pedagogical workers are searched.
