Kavtysh O. Becoming and development of corporate sector in a national economy

Dissertation is devoted the theoretical ground of necessity of complex research of corporate sector in the sectoral structure of national economy, to the analysis of his basic features on the modern stage and making of the scientifically grounded recommendations in relation to his improvement in system unity with the uncorporate subsystems of economy of Ukraine. Certain essence and structure of corporate sector as units of economic analysis and object of government control at macroeconomic level. It is certain that realization of innovative potential of economy is an additional criterion for the analysis of effectiveness of corporate sector of national economy on the modern stage. The necessity of improvement of structure of corporate sector of national economy is grounded taking into account his specific signs and possibility to be the structural element of other sectors of economy.
