An object is parodontal status of persons, busy on a cement production; a purpose is an increase of efficiency of treatment and prophylaxis of diseases of parodont for the workers of cement production; methods – epidemiology, clinical, microbiological, biochemical, histological, morphometrical; novelty – prevalence, intensity and dynamics of development of diseases of parodont, is first studied in the workers of cement production, approbated complex of treatment and prophylactic measures; results – the charts of holiatry of diseases of parodont are worked out with application of facilities of nosotropic pharmacotherapy and physiotherapy; introduced into the educational process and the practice of the sub-departments and clinics of the stomatologic specialization; field is stomatology.
