Panchishin Y. Ensuring the competitiveness of railway transport in innovative logistics system

Object of the study - is the process of logistic and innovation development of rail transport . The Purpose is theoretical grounds of innovative logistics role in ensuring the competitiveness of railway transport and the development of practical recommendations according to the creation of establishments of innovative logistics system of rail transport. The Methods are logical and historical approach, analysis and synthesis, systematic approach, economic and mathematic modeling, group and structure purposes. Practical importance of results is to develop ways of increasing the competitiveness of railway transport and enterprises of other economic sectors in the development of innovative logistics systems.The Degree of the introduction is several provisions of the thesis that are used to develop scripts of forming the foundation for sustainable development of enterprises in the formation of strategic directions of the development and identification of competitiveness areas, as well as in selecting perspective directions of innovation and logistics development. Certain provisions of the thesis are used in the learning process of the Institute of retraining and professional development of the Ukrainian State Academy of Railway Transport in the teaching of subjects "Economics of Railway Transport", "Economics of Enterprises", "Logistics". Scientific novelty got result - the concept of creating an innovative logistics system of railway transport is formed; the theoretical foundations of the innovation of logistics in rail transport are developed; the essence of the concepts of "logistics", "innovative flow"; "innovative logistics"; "the competitiveness of railway transport" are improved; classification of logistics on the basis of the resource is improved; methodological approach for evaluating the performance of innovative logistics system is developed, the theoretical principles of logistics integration in the formation of the logistics system is formed.
