Essay

Research object. A process of development of enterprise is in Ukraine. Research purpose. Ground of strategy of management development of enterprise in the conditions of change of national economy and development of tool of stimulation of his steady development on principles of forming of enterprise environment oriented to development of progressive technologies. Research methods. Method of approach of the systems and complex; correlation-regressive analysis; statistical analysis; causally-consequence connections. The scientific value of job performances consists in opening of theoretical principles and practical aspects of functioning of enterprise. The practical value of the got results of scientific research consists in the real possibilities of their use in Ukraine for development of strategies and conceptions, positions and methods on a management the processes of functioning of enterprise as an important link of national economy. A scientific novelty consists in development of conception of improvement of development of enterprise in Ukraine which is based on providing of financially by a credit help for development of enterprise; improvement of legal base which would stimulate enterprise activity; system of overcoming of administrative barriers, infrastructural providing of small enterprise; introduction of the permanent monitoring after state support of enterprise; forming of material and technical and innovative support of enterprise. Drawn on the results of dissertation in a robot KP Zmeevskogo repair energy-mechanical factory. Separate positions of dissertation are inculcated in the educational process of the Kharkov national university of the name of V.N. Karazina.
