Essay

Process of marketing activity and interaction of enterprises at commercial real estate market of Ukraine nowdays. Synthesizing of marketing activity theoretical aspects of commercial real estate enterprises and development of practical recommendations regarding the implementation of marketing management concept for the development of researched market. Methods: dialectic analysis of learning of conditions and processes, structural and functional concept, method of system analysis, graphic method, financial and analytical analysis, different aspects of statistical analysis. The complex approach as to implementation of marketing management concept for real estate market enterprises was suggested. Key object and enterprise type systematization at the national real estate market was improved taking into the account object zoning, business relationship of developers, tenants professional consultants as well as other enterprises at the market.. The complex of theoretical aspects and practical marketing instruments at commercial real estate market The methodology of tenant representation as well as office business center comparative analysis were implemented. The tenant requirement monitoring system as well as concept of "developer-tenant" relationships were implemented The enterprises of real estate market, study process.
