The Dissertation covers theoretical, methodical and practical aspects of forming of marketing strategies in the furniture enterprises. Assesses the strategic position of the enterprises on the furniture market and identifies the readiness for the strategic changes. The Dissertation grounds the general strategy of the development of the furniture industry of Ukraine. It provides the matrix of strategies for enterprises depending on their size and level of readiness for strategic changes. The variants of the organizational providing of strategic changes and scientific and methodical approach are offered to the estimation of efficiency of marketing strategies of furniture enterprises with the use of integral index.
