Bilous I. Financial providing of the overcoming of poverty in Ukraine.

Object: the phenomenon of poverty in the context of use financial support to overcome it. A purpose is deepen the theoretical position and justify complex priorities improve financial support poverty reduction in Ukraine. Methods: scientific abstraction, analysis, synthesis, generalization, induction, deduction, deductive reasoning, economic and statistical methods, positive and standard evaluation methods. Results: grounded theoretical approaches to financial support of poverty reduction and development recommendations for improvement. Novelty: defined functionality Finance each of the main institutional actors of economic system - the state, enterprises and households – in implementation of measures to reduce poverty in the country market economy. It is inculcated in activity of branch on social policy and employment of the Department of Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, Labor and Social Protection of the Ternopil Regional State Administration, Office of Finance and Budget Ternopil City Council, Ternopil national economic university.
