The object – the ocean-atmosphere system and the processes in it; the aim – the determination of the spatial structure conformities and the ocean characteristics changeability and the role of atmospheric circulation in the formation of regional climate; methods – the probabilistic-statistical, correlation and spectral methods of the analysis; the results – the characteristics of the ocean surface temperature changeability and the frontal sections in the North Atlantic, of the total streams of heat in the Newfoundland ocean energyactive zone (NOEZ) and the connection of their anomalies with the North Atlantic oscillation (NAO); the methodology of the registration of the averaging effects of the ocean and atmosphere characteristics during the estimation of turbulent streams; the model of the hypoxemia area seasonal forecast in the northwest part of the Black Sea (NWBS); the novelty – the determination of the changeability of the ocean with atmosphere interaction characteristics in NOEZ and the regional expressions peculiarities of the NAO changeability under the conditions of the climatic and anthropogenous changes of the environment; the introduction degree – is planned to introduction; the branch of using - the Hydrometeorological centre, the sea industrial branch, the authorities of water resources management and NWBS ecological condition control.
