Dissertation is devoted the decision of theoretical, methodical and practical questions of management of agricultural enterprises financial resources. In-process investigational economic essence, maintenance and classifications of financial resources, the model of research of management process is developed, conception of effective management financial resources is offered. The modern state and tendencies of the financial providing of agricultural enterprises is analysed, the estimation of presence, motion and efficiency of management financial resources is conducted. Parameters and criteria of estimation of efficiency of management financial resources are developed on the example of agricultural enterprises of Kalinivskogo of district of the Winnitca area. The basic constituents of financially resource strategy are formulated for the groups of agricultural enterprises after the level of efficiency of management financial resources. Functional maintenance of this process is improved by the construction of matrix of distributing of functions between administrative workers. The chart of organizational cooperation of structural elements of control the system by financial resources is formed with the selection of centers of financial responsibility.
