Essay

The dissertation is dedicated to the research of legal nature of 'fulfillment of right to land plot', its peculiarities, components and covers questions of problems of its realization in Ukraine. A role and peculiarities of co-ordinated actions of subjects of fulfillment of right to land plot, the characteristic of international experience of fulfillment of right to land plot are defined in the research. It was marked out the peculiarities and proposed possible solutions concerning fulfillment of right of property, rights of use and other rights to a land plot in Ukraine. On the ground of conducted research, the suggestions have been elaborated for the improvement of legislation in the sphere of fulfillment of rights to land plots.
