Essay

The dissertation is concerned with questions of improvement in the state of health of children with different forms of protracted rhinitis by means of justification and optimization of neuro-rehabilitation measures for the management of readaptation on the basis of the analysis of health status traits, neuro-psychic state, vegetative and neuromediator provision.. Patients with a vagotonic type of vegetative regulation had a streak of the concentration on personal problems, a high level of personality anxiety, emotional tension, rapid fatigability. The increase of the irritancy and intemperance level in patients with initial sympathicotonia causes the additional strengthening of sympathetic influence. It is well-proven that psychovegetative deviations in children with protracted rhinitis develop against the backdrop of the decrease of the level of beta-endorphin and Leu-enkephalin.The presence of absolutely different psychovegetative and cognitive features requires differentiated approaches to therapy and rehabilitation.Differentiated neuro-rehabilitation measures using pantokaltsin, kindinorm, tenoten have been well-proven and presented.
