Korobenko N. Pension provision on disability in the solidary pension system of Ukraine

The dissertation is devoted to the complex research of the legal regulation of the pension provision on disability in the solidary pension system of Ukraine. Establishing and development of the pension provision on disability as a result of general disease, legal regulation of this type of the pension provision in international legal acts are investigated. Opinions of scientists in the field of social security law of soviet and modern periods, on the basis of what the new generalized concepts of pension legal relationships were formed, concept of pension on disability in the solidary pension system, are analyzed. The issue of a subject constituent of pension relationships on disability as a result of general disease is studied. Аttention is paid to legal facts in legal constituent as a ground of occurrence, change and suspension of pension relationships on disability in the solidary system of pension insurance. On the basis of the conducted research a number of precise suggestions on improvement of concept body and current legislation in legal regulation of the pension provision on disability in the solidary pension system of Ukraine are made.
