This dissertation dedicated for theoretical questions of formation and development right to labor as one of the leading rights of human being in democratic, social and law-govement state with avouchments of his application, including peculiarity of implementation this right by organs of internal affairs. Argument position of definition overal legal status of officers of organs of internal affairs on the integrated basis of labor, constitutional, administrative and other areas of law. It is defined that the base of status of labor-law ratio is determined by propositions of labor law that should protect the officer with the view of reservation open-ended guaranties and their dilateion with essential abridgements, prohibitions and fringe benefits that must be accomplish by officers of law-enforcement bodies. It is clear up some procedures about conducting professional orientation and induction. It is defined the necessity of bearing out primary training outward of professional training; circumduction of probation time for specific categories of workers with deal advancing of the role of guidance. It is defined the necessity of existing not only contract basis of employments to organs of internal affairs but such grounds of accrual labor relation as labor agreement. It is researched the peculiarity of contents of labor-jural relationships notably their accrual, variation and suspension, implementation of right to rest, payment for work labor, responsibility of abidance plant schedule, fixing of work quota. The upshot of the matter is that research is determining a tendency of improvements as valid, so new adopted normative legal documents on question of right to labor in a system of internal affairs of Ukraine
