Essay

The dissertation under consideration deals with the diagnosis of the abnormal states of vegetative regulation in patients suffering from bronchial asthma. The expedience of the use of heart rate variability indices has been substantiated as diagnostic and prognostic markers in the course and treatment efficacy of bronchial asthma. It has been proved that speleotherapy and haloaerosoltherapy fasilitate optimization of vegetative regulation, however the full value of recovering the adaptational potential depends both on vegetative disfunction expression and specifies of adaptation to the medical factor influence. Expediency of the use of brief course of speleotherapy is reasonable for patients with bronchial asthma accompanied with the expressed vegetative disfunction.
