Dehtyar V. Pathogenetic substantiation of metabolic therapy in children with bronchial asthma at a background of connective tissue undifferentiated dysplasia.

The thesis is dedicated to the problems of increasing the effectivenees of bronchial asthma diagnostics and treatment in children with signs of connective tissue undifferentiated dysplasia. 158 children with BА had been under observation, among them - 93 with signs of CTUD. It has been revealed that the presence of accompanying connective tissue dysplasia in children with bronchial asthma promotes early manifestation of the latter and its more aggrevated course. The degree of BA aggrevation correlates with CTUD manifestations aggrevation. It has been determined that in children with BA having signs of CTUD there are considerable disturbances in energetic, immunologic homeostasis and functional state of genome. It has been established that the use of drugs with metabolic action Kardonat and Tiotriazolin in complex treatment of children with bronchial asthma, especially with signs CTUD, promotes correction of the revealed metabolic disturbances and increases the effectiveness of the basic disease treatment.
