Kuliyev A. Victimological prophylaxis of crime violence against personality

This thesis is a complex criminology research of preventive measures for crimes against the person and state victimological policy. Fundamental works of foreign and home scientists is sphere of criminology and victimology, criminal low, criminal trial, sociology, political science, psychology and other scientific spheres that touch upon the above mentioned problems are assumed as a basis of this thesis. 280 criminal cases considered in local courts and courts of appeal of Odessa are summarized here. The ideas of law system reorientation are expressed in this work. The system should be oriented of personal, health and life security and protection of right and freedom, including construction of unique system of crime prevention, where special attention would be paid to victimological prophylaxis. In this aspect the main directions of victimological crimes prophylaxis improvement are given, increasing of general and individual victimological prophylaxis efficiency, protection, social and psychological rehabilitation of crime victims. In this work the author pays attention to the fact that only with help of well organized crime preventive system that aims at decreasing of population victimization and victim predisposition of personal, the effective crime prevention and as a result decreasing of cramming level in our country is possible.
