In-process an algorithm and program is first presented the theories of mass service worked out on the basis of mathematical models for determination of indexes of quality of functioning of convergence networks, and also the methods of minimization of the interstation connections of intellectual network are worked out with the use of mathematical facilities of Mathcad, that allows in convergence networks to shorten the middle delay of transmission of packages in several times.
