Dissertation is devoted the ground of theoretical and scientifically methodical government the investment resources of aircraft-repair enterprises bases with the purpose of forming and increase of investment potential realization of which provides activation and efficiency of investment activity, search of sources of forming of investment resources, ground of method of optimization of composition of investment resources and to research of influence of efficiency of management investment resources on the level of investment potential of aircraft-repair enterprise.
