There have also been analysed approaches towards gender problems and their solution. Within the bounds of the dissertation, gender analysis is carried out along with the use of the category of gender adequacy according to which biological characteristics of the male and female must not be leveled in the law through given privileges for men or women but must be taken into account through provided adequate treatment of natural peculiarities of the male and female by the community.
