Borysuk О. The State Regulation of Leasing Relations under the Conditions of the Ukrainian Market Economy

A research object is a process of government control of development of leasings relations in Ukraine. A purpose is a ground teoretiko-methodological principles and development of practical recommendations in relation to perfection of mechanism of government control of leasings relations in the economy of Ukraine. Methods - analysis of the systems, design, classification and tipologii, induction, deduction, analysis and synthesis, comparison, analogy and systematization, graphic method. Results - theoretical generalization and new decision of problem of improvement is presented organizationally economic to the mechanism of government control of leasings relations. A novelty consists in a theoretical ground and mine-out practical recommendations in relation to the improvement of the instituciynogo and functional providing of government control of leasings relations in the national economy of Ukraine. It is inculcated in research works, organs of executive power, educational process.
