Dissertation is devoted research of mechanism of management of banks resource potential. Economic essence of resource potential of banks is exposed in dissertation, grounded classification of bank resources, and also generalized methodical tool of management of banks resource potential. The methodical going is considered near the analysis of resource potential of banks, the analysis of structure of resource base of banks is carried out and the estimation of plenitude and efficiency of the use of resource potential of commercial banks is conducted. Conceptual principles of perfection of control the system by resource potential banks are formulated, the ground of normatively legal requirements is carried out to the resource providing of banks and certainly principles of construction of optimum and structured mechanism of management of banks resource potential.
