Rudenko Z. Meсhanizm of Ukrainian monetary policy's formation and realization

The essence and features of special target orientation of monetary policy is researched at the dissertation. Native and foreign experience of methodological approaches to forming of monetary policy creation is considered, the theoretical and legal aspects of monetary policy realization in Ukraine are selected, based on which some differentiation is conducted and determination of mechanisms and instruments of this policy is specified. The essence of domestic monetary policy's realization is researched and appreciated, concretization periods of regulation of money-and-credit relations in Ukraine till proclamation of its independence to this day is carried out with the selection of the crisis and stable stages. Basic mechanisms and instruments are analyzed on each of the stages of forming and realization of monetary policy in Ukraine. The factor analysis of influence of the adopted instruments and mechanisms on the macroeconomic indexes of Ukraine is conducted. The ways of improved realization of monetary policy in Ukraine are reviewed, which are in particularity grounded on improvement of choice of instruments and mechanisms of monetary policy by use of multifactor model. The suggestions to both forming and realization of money-and-credit strategy for the National bank of Ukraine are offered. Possibilities of improvement of Ukrainian monetary policy's mechanisms of realization are considered. This mechanisms are grounded on the basis of empiric verification of intermediate aims and adequacy of instruments of monetary policy in Ukraine after the model of Klaridi, Gali and Gertler, adapted to the domestic terms.
