Dudka L. The State Regulation of Innovation Development of the Coal Complex of Ukraine

Dissertation is devoted to theoretical ground and development of suggestions in relation to perfection of mechanisms of the state adjusting of coal complex of Ukraine on innovative basis. To perfect ground of basic terms of realization of the innovative programs by the state in coal industry and their working out in detail. Creation of state of particular a branch innovative center is offered as element of the national innovative system, by which possible distribution and development of innovations and their commercialization. Grounded theoretical approaches to the state adjusting of process of closing of mines with creation of the special liquidating fund and scientific positions after adjusting of basic bases of functioning of market of coal.
