Kharchuk V. Economical evaluation and planning of novelty risk of machine-building enterprises

The dissertation researches the development of theoretical statements and applied recommendations concerning the improvement of the process of estimating and planning of novelty risk of machine-building enterprises. The objectives of the dissertation are development of the essence of novelty risk, classification of novelty risk evaluation and planning methods for novelty risk. Relying on the generalization of literary sources the term "risk", "novelty risk" and the classification of novelty risk аre defined. The main statistical data of condition innovation activity and machinery were analyzed. Methodical recommendations for risk planning were developed. Also it was improvement the optimization the organization structure of management in machine-building enterprises. The method of estimating novelty risk was elaborated. It was treated the recommendations of decision-making process considering display of novelty risk and the methods of selection factors of novelty risk are offered. Reaction activity selection method was worked out using scenario planning. The sense of this method lies in forming alternatives of novelty risk development basing on activator indicator forecasting.
