Dissertation is devoted to working out of theoretical, methodical and practical aspect of forming organizational culture of directors of industrial enterprises. Kinds, essence and content organizational culture; principles and mechanisms of its forming; positive and negative tendencies of culture development are defined. Priority influence of external and internal factors is appraised on forming of organizational culture. Complex approach to organizational culture improvement is proposed. Recommendation on self-management of directors and methods of estimation of organizational culture level at enterprise are proposed.
