Object - state corporate equity in joint-stock companies of the railway complex of Ukraine. Goal - theoretical grounding and development of methodical principles of effective state corporate equity management in joint-stock companies, formed in the process of market performances of the railway complex in Ukraine. Methods - general scientific and specific; of comparative, system, statistic analyses; economic-mathematical. Results - the sequence of personnel providing of state corporate equity management have been improved, that foresees implementation of row of intricate administrative problems, maintenance and features of decision of which, unlike existent approaches, determined priorities of the state and choice of methods of disposing of state corporate equity; methodical approach to the estimation of management effectiveness of state corporate equity; theoretical ground of forming principles, structures and sequences of organizational construction of the control state corporate equity system, formation of which, unlike existent approaches, it is suggested to carry out on principles providing of requirement of observance of principles of selectivity in the management of SCE, complexity of public policy in this sphere, and also on creation of the system of criteria of differentiation of the proper corporate adjusting from the side of the state; got further development methodical approach to the ground of criteria of estimation of activity of leaders of joint-stock company and methods of their financial stimulation; theoretical ground of maintenance of tasks of public policy of order of SCE management.
