Kopylova O. Trade - Organizational Infrastructure of the Ukrainian Securities Market

The thesis is devoted to the research of theoretical and practical bases of formation of the Ukrainian securities market trade - organizational infrastructure (TOI). The analysis of activity of existing elements of national TOI is carried out; its competitive advantages and lacks, and also the factors stimulating development are revealed. Influence of financial crises on development of a TOI of a securities market of Ukraine is investigated; prospects of development of TOI elements are allocated. The model of dependence of the development level of the Ukrainian securities market TOI from volume of direct foreign investments receipts is offered. Conceptual approaches to maintenance of European integration of the Ukrainian securities market TOI are improved.
